Black and White Wednesday


Once again I'm participating in Lisa's Black and White Wednesdays.

I know this is a bit more Antique than it is true Black and White however,
I just love this photo of my precious little girl.
To me it has the timeless quality of a black and white.

    Tell Anthony to get that guitar ready.... Nick would have a blast playing with him....maybe he will be able to pass on a few things he will be learning at his lessons......one would hope!!!

    Hi my friend,

    It's funny, I've never been a fan of any other type of photo other than color but....I have seen the light.

    This picture of Sweetie Pie is gooorrrrgeous. It's just perfect with the antique tint, slightly showing up the muted color of her hair bow and the pattern in the fabric behind her. I love everything about it.

    I also used to wonder what the hoopla was about black and white, but it really makes you focus on the people - and this people is too cute.

    Please come take photos of my kids, they will never know by the flimsy photographic evidence I have left behind that they were ever under 4 feet tall.

    Well of course you love it because it is fabulous!!!! Dita you have an amazing eye...do you even know that? You have such a gift for composition..This part of photography doesn't come easy for me, but you for you...it seems like it's in your blood.

    Beautiful photo of a sweet and lovely subject, Dita. I like b&w but i've always been more interested in faded colors that mimic the old fading photographs.
    There is a delightful timeless feel about this, which always intrigues me especially when everything else is clicking too.
